Open to ALL lifters, ages 8 to 108.

This competition has a capacity of 60 lifters.

The Fitness Mill will host Bent Bar Powerlifting for this event in Utica, NY. The competition will be a single-day, single-platform event limited to 60 spots.

No qualifying total is required.

Awards:

Medals will be awarded for placings 1-3 for all divisions.
